4 x 1200m @ 5:58. Dang, these hurt.
65 and 16-20 mph wind, plus I brought the rests down from 3:00 to 2:15, so even though these were similar paces to last week, the effort was much, much harder. This is probably the top end (or maybe over) what the effort should be for my hard intervals. Glad that I got this workout done despite the harder conditions.
