10 x 400m repeats, averaging about 5:00 flat, median pace around 5:00 flat also. :) Good job, Cliff.
This was pretty close to the limit, though, unless maaayyybe cold weather would help me recover. By rep 6 or 7, I was wanting to make sure I could still do the last two. They were hard, and my legs were shaking, and I needed the extra recovery time. This workout was definitely 20% harder than last week's.
