Shorter long run this week at a steady 155 HR (~8:52 pace), since I have a long race on Saturday. I ran in the Newtons and concentrated on not landing too far forward on my left foot, since I think I tend to do that in the Newtons and it causes me some extensor tendonitis. The shoes felt a lot better this week, and I didn't have much soreness during or after.
