5 x 400m @ 6:00 pace. I was trying to see if my legs and feet can handle reps yet.
My first one was off. It took me a minute to adjust to the feel of that pace. Man, I'm slow. That 6:00 feels all-out. It's going to take me a while to get where those don't feel terrible.
My foot feels OK, still. My calves are still sore and they'll probably be worse tomorrow.
