Notes

Solid 16-miler today, with 5 @ < 140 HR, then 10 @ 150 HR. The 150 section was at around 8:09 pace, with several miles right at 8:00, which is good. I think my aerobic fitness is coming back.

My left achilles and the outside back edge of my foot was a little stiff and painful today, but it went away by the end of mile 1. I'm hoping the easy intensity helps me recover in time for hills and repeat 400's this week.
