Notes
Not much wind at the start, 12 mph at end. Cold! It's so weird for it to be in the 30's in May...
It was 36 when I left and 47 when I got back.
12M, w/ 10 @ HR160 (7:17 avg!), and this is my best 160 run yet. It's interesting to be able to get a good cold weather, low wind workout measurement when I'm in good racing shape. I guess my aerobic side hasn't degraded. I think the best I had done before was a 7:37 average, right after fluke-ish 7:23 4-mile MAF test during marathon training. I dunno, it could just be that I'm somewhat heat-acclimated and got to run in the cold? Anyhow, it was cool, although I was running some slow splits uphill into the wind by the end.
