16 around Southlakes. My legs felt really rested yesterday, despite 17 on Friday and a hill workout on Saturday morning. Maybe it just hasn't caught up with me yet...
This run was much, much easier than the long runs I've been doing. The wind (~12 mph) actually helped cool me down some. I'm glad I kept it below 140 for the first 10. I think I'll recover faster in the midst of ramping up slow mileage. I don't think it would have been possible for me to run 10 under 140 last summer, so that's encouraging also.
I saw Laura and Kayla on my penultimate loop.
