I had planned to run 6 miles at 7:40 pace as an easy, low-volume tempo workout. I started feeling run-down on Tuesday after I woke up with a slightly sore throat and what I think is some allergy stuff. I don't feel that sick, just very tired. My resting HR was high and I could tell this run was taking too much effort so I cut it short.
