I had planned to do a 7-miler with 4 miles at 155 HR, but again, even after two days' rest I can tell that I'm not recovered from whatever this allergy stuff is. Bummed. Marathon tomorrow. :(
I guess I'll throw a goal of 3:20 out the window and just see how far I can hang with the 3:30 pace group. Maybe I'll still have something after mile 20... I'm disappointed that I won't be able to really race at my best.
