Ran to work with Tony. Got to his place (3.1 miles) in 25:15 and was not feeling very energetic. Continued on and got to Pleasant in 53:34 (3.3 miles in 28:18), North Street in 1:03 (1.1 miles in 10:01), Livingston in 1:13:57 (1.2 mile in 10:23) and did the last mile in 7:40.
