Easy run in the evening. Tried to keep the reins on. Turned at 30 mins.
First week of having a real job and I ran every day. 4 evenings 1 morning but I got it done and it never was a chore. Although ti was a bit of a down week because of the race on Sunday. Hopefully this keeps up.
