A little pre-workout dread going in to this one. Just didn't feel like I was in the frame of mine to gut out some intervals in satans greenhouse.

Went 1000x better than expected and frankly was quite surprised. I could've done at least 1 more but was happy not to have to work too hard to do what I did and decided to leave it at that.
