Didn't run yesterday because my entire body was sore from tubing all afternoon on Friday. A bit better today, but honestly it was tough to get the legs moving. Anyways back at it.

Seeing as I lost about 2-3 weeks of training I'm thinking of not running the half in Sept and switching to the 5k and focusing my efforts on a sub-40 10k on Oct 31st.
