Ohhh baby, I live for days like this.
Just all around great run. Weather was a bit milder and overcast though the humidity was still there. Nice conditions seem to make all the difference. This was just one of those days where everything feels so easy. Did the Fitz loop that i've been meaning to run for a while and then added on the hills loop. Running the hills was just effortless. Heck I even negative split by about 30 seconds. Ran the final 400m of this one on the track in 1:29...heh.
Life is good.
