Man that was a good run.
10 min up \ 50 min steady \ 10 min down
Wasn't sure what kind of a pace the steady was going to get me but I had a good idea of the effort I wanted to give. It's amazing how easy that pace is to hold when I pay attention to my form. I think I'll try and get a steady run in at least once every 2 weeks as an alternative to back to back easy days. Just nice to run something a little more aerobic and it's a good venue to work on form.
