I did a 250m warm up, 5x100m repeats with 60 seconds rest, and then a 250m cool down. I kept up with the bilateral breathing; I think I am definately faster this way, and I am starting to get used to it. My chest certainly burns more and I get pretty tired doing it this way. I also jogged back and forth in the water a few times afterwards. Times were: warm-up 5:13, (60), 1:53, (60), 1:55, (60), 1:58, (60), 1:57, (60), 1:57, (60), 5:38.
