Notes
Ran pretty easy on today's long run. Skipped going to the mountain so that I could sleep in, get some street miles in, and keep things pretty easy paced. My splits were up and down for the first 6 miles as I warmed up (and ran over the hillier parts of the run,) but from that point on each mile was faster than the last which is a good trend. I didn't pay any attention to the watch during the run until near the end to make sure I was going to get 15 miles. I didn't look at the time until less than a mile from home.
Nice to be getting a bit of a melt going on these past few days. My legs weren't nearly as sore as they were yesterday, which was also nice.
