I ran about 12 and a third miles averaging 7:00/pace, with the last 7 miles sub-7 in the 6:40-6:50 range. It was very windy; 25 mph average. Wanted to get a good effort in after yesterday's long run. Quite bright, but not as warm as yesterday.
