Started over w/100 pushups, now that my hip seems to have finally healed enough that it hasn't bothered me for a few months. I got the book so I'm following the Advanced 1 program from in there, based on the initial "exhaustion" test last week (well, I got in as many as I could before Erin had me laughing!)
Today felt pretty easy; I didn't have much trouble getting through it (not that I should have at this point.) I took 60 seconds rest between sets.
