I tried for 30 seconds rest and mostly held to it. This was a good workout; it took 21 minutes total time (not counting warm up) and kept me nominally in one localized area so that I could easily move from one item to the next. I could do this workout at home pretty easily. The mountain climbers and side planks are much tougher than I thought that they would be. The knee tucks are going to take a bit of getting used to, they are much different than doing the bridge w/knee tuck from a bench.
