Notes
Ran really easy on the short loop, which I haven't done much of lately. I slept really well last night, and planned on running the lunch loop today but there was no hot water and I didn't really want to take a cold shower after my run so I ran after work instead. I was a little sore and tight at the start of the run but stretched out pretty early and felt good most of the run. Slight tweak early on for a few steps in my left plantar, but that never came back thankfully.
