My ass has been hurting today from some messy bowel movements. Musta had some dairy. I considered not running and gave myself some time after work to start feeling better, but no luck there. Decided to run the short loop just to get the mileage I wanted for the day in, but it didn't take long into the run for me to decide to turn around at a half mile to only run 1 mile.
When I got to a half mile, though, I decided to keep going to the 1k marker so I could get 2k in. Then I decided to just do the short loop and if it stayed hurting I'd turn around at the end of the road. By the time I got back to the road from the short loop I was feeling a bit better (gone numb I guess) so I added a couple miles on. Pain set right back in as soon as I stopped so I'm all baby powdered up and it isn't too bad.
