Easy jig jog first thing in the morning. I considered adding some loops to extend the run, but my mind was wandering and I wound up back at home before I knew it so I just stopped and called it good.

No real pains. My neck is still tight and doesn't have 100% mobility, but is definitely improving. Legs both felt great. I think it's time to retire the shoes though. (400+ miles)
