Notes

Warm up and cool down were both pretty slow. I tweaked my hip on a railroad tie a little bit when I stepped wrong, but it stretched back out by the time that I got to the Back Cove. The last mile or so of the warmup was about a minute per mile quicker as I ran with Ian and Scott. The first mile of the cool down was a bit slower as I ran with Erin until she turned around.
