MTC Race Committee meeting tonight meant I had to skip the tuesday night trail run. I'm glad I was at the meeting, but sad I missed the run. Didn't get home until after 9:00 so I did a quick kettlebell workout downstairs. Lowered the weight back to 30 pounds for the warmup set, then only put one of the 5 pounders back on. I think 35 pounds is the right amount of weight right now for me to work with. And I still need to weigh my homemade adjustable kettlebell thingamerbob to see how much it actually weighs on top of the weights I put on it.
