Week 3 Day 1 of 100 Pushups Plan. I was supposed to do a minimum of 20 on the last set, but didn't manage it, so I'll repeat today's workout on Friday morning. My hip was bothering me early on in the workout, but wasn't quite as bad later in the workout.
