Forgot to do my pushups yesterday morning and didn't feel like it by the time I got home so I held off until this morning. Of course, I had to come in to work early so I snuck into the rest room for 10 minutes to get a quick workout in.

7 Wks to 100 Pushups Adv 2 Wk 4 Day 2 - 111 pushups, max set was 35 of 26 minimum.
