Warm Up + 4x1200 @ 5k pace w/600m rest.
Ran a warm up on on a ten lap track, miscounted early, and realized running 6 minute pace on it was not going to fly. On to the treadmill. Basically just waited until the treadmill got up to 10mph, ran for 4:30 and then jogged for about 600 meters ... repeat.
These felt okay, not great by any means. Didn't get to do a cool down because I got a nosebleed thanks to the dry air. Thankfully It wasnt while I was on the treadmill.
