James brought home something that had me F'ed up this weekend. I averaged over 10.5 hours of sleep Friday/Saturday/Sunday. Was suppose to run a trail race on Saturday but I didn't even try to rally. Had a 101 fever and was mostl bedridden. Some good improvements Sunday and Monday but still not sure if I'm gonna run today. (Monday)
