Very mid afternoon miles. Didn't run in the morning and I don't totally remember why... just slept in. Plan was to do 4 after work, but the legs werent feeling the best and I decided I'd cut it short about a mile in. I wanted to make sure I'd be ready for the long tuesday workout. Finished feeling decent with the wind at my back, but still happy I cut it short. The long runs are still taking quite a bit out of me even when I stay pretty controlled. Should hopefully get better as the mileage increases and I finally add strength work.
