Was low key not planning to get a workout in today because I assumed it was going to be super windy but it ended up being a nice night. My week is in a much better place because of it too. Plan was 10x300 at 5k effort with 50 walk / 50 jog rest. I didn't have a chance to get out to a track so I just set my watch to do 65 on / 70 rest... except I didn't walk any of the recover so I ended up doing well over 100m recoveries. This went pretty well. Made sure to keep the first few relatively chill and then worked them a little quicker on the last half. Happy with the night overall but would have liked to get an extra mile in.
