Been a few weeks since Ive done any medicine ball work, but it didn't feel too bad.

2 sets:

8 x Medicine Ball Push ups - Each arm

20 x Squats

20 x Ball slams

8 x reverse lunges - Each leg

20 x over head crossovers

8 x one legged squats - each leg
