I don't know if it was the epsom salt bath or if my long run just worked all the gunk out of my legs yesterday, but my legs felt noticeably better last night and all day. Legs were a little bit tired from yesterday but I still felt really good today. Kept it nice and easy. Lol-ed at my Wrist HR monitor. I promise I wasn't red-lining 170BPM to run 7:40 pace.
