Did not run Sunday - Just a long weekend and lots of driving. Was not happy to wake up this morning but we managed and ran in the rain. Felt good. Its light when I start runs now so thats nice. Nothing to note from me. Shout out to the Green Bay marathon finishers. Very very cool accomplishments and very bad ass to gut it out thru injury.
