Oof, sore legs this morning. Oddly enough, my hips and glutes were way more tight than anything else. Run was good. Ran in a light pullover because it was 48 degrees. Ended up being a little hot so I might just do a T-shirt next time. Nice and easy to shake the legs out. Loosened up some and felt OK by the end.
Hoping I can avoid digging my self into a hole again at the start of the week. Another recovery day tomorrow and I'm not working out until Thursday so it shouldn't be too hard.
