Fantastic morning for a recovery run. A little tight to start, but otherwise I felt awesome this morning. Still made sure to keep it nice and relaxed.

Meant to do some lower leg strength work last night, but I forgot about it until I had already eaten and started cleaning. Will shoot to do them tonight. I want to be better and do it closer to twice a week during this next training cycle.
