Broke out the super shoes for a very cold run. It was like 6 degrees this morning so I was in tights and my warmest jacket and gloves. Warmed up 20 minutes and then did a quick 15 minute progressive. Goal was 5min at 7 flat, then 6:40, then 6:20. End up being a bit quicker but the effort was about right. Didn't really notice the cold or the wind too much for this. After the quick sections I ran out and around the district which felt pretty nice but it was at the expense of future me. The was back with the wind at my face was C O L D, my ears did not appreciate it. Otherwise I was still feeling pretty good cruising 7 flats.
