Can't remember what shoes I wore for this so I'm just guessing. Didn't sleep well Thursday night so I figured I'd just push tempo to Friday afternoon instead of the morning. Turns out it snowed over night anyway so sleeping in was a good call. I just decided to push the tempo into my long run and run easy on Friday. Ran after work and felt pretty good. Runs are starting to feel good again.
