Notes
OK run - 7+ 6 strides. Strides felt super sluggish, but they've been slower and felt better so I'll call it progress. Need to get more of these 7-9 mile runs in, because right now its really just workouts (which are broken up w/ wu/cd) and long runs being the only time I'm getting over 5 miles and I'm really feeling the lack of easy aerobic work. In general I just need to up the miles as much as I can get away with.
