78F, 79% humidity, 83F heat index, with gusts (wonderful) to 9mph. The gusts felt good, but they were not steady. Air seems calmer in Austin. There always seemed to be some kind of breeze in Fort Worth. The Brooks perform better than the Nike's. Left foot big toe didn't tingle until the 3rd mi, the rt foot not until near the end of the 3rd mi. I think I'm getting acclimated to the temps. Wasn't thirsty and was breathing well, in thru nose, out thru mouth. Helps keep moisture in.
