考虑到离上次tempo只间隔1天,所以原打算跑8迈6:45。没想到实际跑到10迈6:41,当然最后两迈过红绿灯,stop sign,多次中断,至少1分钟。实际上至少各慢10秒以上,所以以下记录调整为6:43。

吸取上次经验,前面一定要慢,前2迈6:49,实际感觉还是有点吃力。第3迈开始提速到6:44,再往后到6:40。第5迈跑完没有上次那种吃力的感觉,因此决定还是跑10迈。不过8迈跑完已经很累,最后2迈虽然显示跑到6:32,实际上多次中断过路口等车,红绿灯。
