510yd kick; 340yd board kick; 100yd free style

体会脚背吃水,降低打腿频率,感觉好多了。闷头一次打腿可以过中线多一点而没有特别累的感觉,抱板闷头打腿可以中间不休息到对岸。加上划水游自由泳明显轻松
