Notes

2020休马18周训练,基本上按照Jack Daniel 2Q 70迈训练计划。

稍微调整部分:

1、每3周一次的Q2 5x1K,改成16-18组1 minute on/off @5:30,刺激绝对速度。

2、前4周因左膝受伤,取消所有强度训练,全部改成double recovery run。
