闹钟设错,起晚了,太阳挺晒,幸好气压高,不闷,差不多一直有风。起跑前2迈有点喘,后面跑开了感觉还行。最后6迈太阳晒的厉害,无意识加快,还顶风,没有特别吃力,但心率越来越高。

本周训练应该是近期状态最好的一周了。
