把200/400 Repitition的休息时间分别增加了30/60s,改成2:30/4:00,这样休息比较充分一些,果然效果好一些,8组400R的最后2组又额外多歇了1分钟。最后cool down的时候,屁股,大腿,小腿肌肉感觉比较胀。
