跟上周同一个跑步机,计划比上次快5秒,争取7:00。前4迈直接7:00 pace,没有上次那么累,跑步机重启,中间喝水歇1分钟。后面4迈6:50起,后面2迈需要集中精神,其实肌肉和呼吸都还没有到很困难的程度,有点主观上感觉快结束了,就觉得疲惫。最后半迈调到6:30 pace,跑下来也没问题。
