跟上周同一个跑步机,计划HMP 6:50。

担心膝盖出问题,没敢加快,前2迈不像以前要死要活。最后看膝盖没有问题,6:30跑了最后一迈,没有大腿酸胀的感觉,最后心率还是有点高。换牛顿距离,比HS4感觉好多了,HS4底子太软。
