中断了2个月,第一次tempo,上周和昨天尝试tempo均告失败。今天下雨只好到gym,重新再来。

第1迈6:50还是有点累,但不像昨天第1迈7:15喘的那么厉害,气温和湿度影响还是很明显。跑完2迈感觉今天6迈就到头了,第4迈中间停了1-2分钟喝水。最后还是挺到了8迈,最后半迈加速冲了下,pace从6:30到6:00。
