比上次tempo慢13秒,中间没停。心率推不上去,只有159。其实前2迈7:23的pace下,已经喘的快要放弃,打算跑完3迈,歇一迈,再跑3迈。不过第3迈稍微好转,决定继续坚持。跑完7迈tempo后,走了3分钟,然后完成后面1.5迈。
