Instead of 6x (9mph 3'20"/5mph 2'30") ,
5x (9mph 3'30"/5mph 2'30") + 1x (9mph 7' )
Usually the last session is the most struggling. The surprising 7min@9mph was made only when I finished 3 miniutes at the last session... however, initial bold decision is just for total 4 minutes, 30 seconds more than scheduled. And, it sustained not only by mentle power.
